Ice time packages must be used before the expiry date. There is no exception.  Thank you.

• Rink #1 & Rink #2 - MAX OF 8 PARTICIPANTS. (Players, goalies, coaches, parents etc)
• Studio #1 - MAX OF 3 PARTICIPANTS (players, goalies, coaches, parents etc)
• Exceeding limit will automatically change rental fee to the standard posted rates. A $50 Admin fee will be charged (in addition to the standard rates) if the office is not informed prior to the rental start.
• All rentals are videotaped and can be reviewed in the event of a dispute. Head counts are performed at begining and end of rental.
• Discount rates do not apply to hockey, goalie or skating school rentals.

• Bookings can be rescheduled with 14 days notice (minimum required). THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS.
• Interchange days and times to accommodate your schedule (rates must be of equivalent/lesser value or by paying the difference for the higher priced time slot)
• Non refundable. Non transferable.

• Payment must be provided in full 24hrs before start time.

• Website rates and polices are final. Brochure info may be dated.
• Dressing room locks are the Renter's responsibility. Bring padlock. Not responsible for lost/stolen items.
• All time-slots are 50 minutes in duration.
• Non Future Stars Arena training schools and programs (leagues, shinny, 3 on 3 etc) are not permited without the written consent of management.
• Future Stars Arena does not accept any responsibility for personal injury, damage or for the loss or theft of anyone present on the invitation of such Team/Renter/Organization/Party.
• Maximum of 18 players/participants + 2 goalies/participants are allowed on the ice at listed rates. Exceeding 20 particpants on the ice will require a quote from management.
• Birthday parties/special events can not utilize ice time without the purchase of a party package.
• Blackout times may exist. Please email for additional information.
• Rates may be subject to change without notice.
